Customer Service Representative
Job Overview
- Clarification of any customer queries
- Ensuring customer satisfaction, service orientation and quality
- Supporting link function between customers and internal departments
- Shipment processing including recording, processing and billing
- Support for active customer care including follow-up
- Communication with customers, service providers and colleagues in the other locations
- General office activities
Qualities we are Looking for
- Completed commercial training
- Experience in customer service, key account an advantage
- Process-oriented and analytical thinking skills
- Sustainable communication is not a foreign word, but a lot of fun
- High degree of independence
- Safe handling of MS Office and the willingness to be trained in new systems
- Knowledge of English or any other foreign language would be an advantage
