Deputy Team Leader Service Center Uniform (M/W/D)
Job Overview
- Supporting the team leader in day-to-day business
- Preparatory activities for reports, evaluations and presentations
- Active advice to customers when trying on work clothing items in compliance with customer specifications
- Change management of uniform parts, i.e. staking out and checking the fit (mainly changes to sleeves, trousers and waistband)
- Responsible commissioning of made-to-measure items
- Query and review of the master data via EDP system and change if necessary
- Acceptance and entry of orders as well as change data in the EDP system
- Accepting complaints and exchanging work clothing items
- Willingness to make occasional one-day business trips to the service center in Munich
Qualities we are Looking for
- Completed commercial training in textile retail or as a clothing tailor or as a textile/fashion seamstress
- Experiences in deputy existence desirable
- Professional experience in a women’s or men’s clothing store or in change management
- Very good advice and clothing knowledge
- Knowledge of English and good MS Office skills
- Professional and solution-oriented behavior in personal customer contact
- Good written and oral expression
- Dedicated, reliable and flexable
