Key Account Manager (M/W/D)

Job Overview

Internalize & work according to the principle of the “one-face-to-the-customer” method
Establishment & optimization of processes in the areas of customer communication, customer care & customer loyalty
You keep customer-relevant statistics, create reports, analyse KPIs & check the promise of performance to the customer
Obtaining offers & other administrative activities
Close customer care as well as representing the customer’s interests within the organization and the company’s interests towards the customers
Preparation and implementation of customer meetings, annual planning
Experience in the logistics industry and in eCommerce is an advantage and desirable

Qualities we are Looking for

Completed commercial training
Experience in key account management is an advantage
Process-oriented and analytical thinking skills
Sustainable communication is not a foreign word, but a lot of fun
Strong service and customer orientation
High degree of independence
Safe handling of MS Office and the willingness to be trained in new systems
Knowledge of English or any other foreign language would be an advantage
Your organizational skills
