Job Overview
- Scheduling and coordination of internal and external appointments
- Active participation in projects in internal processing
- As a central contact for various administrative and organizational tasks to optimize daily office processes
- Close cooperation with the specialist departments
- The processing and distribution of daily incoming and outgoing mail
- Planning trips and accounting for travel expenses incurred
- The control of time recording and master data maintenance
- The reorganization of filing
- HR department support
Qualities we are Looking for
- A completed commercial education and previous experience in the assistance field
- Experience in the logistics industry is an advantage
- A confident and assertive demeanor
- Communication skills and a love for networking
- Organizational skills, a structured way of working and perseverance
- A hands-on mentality
