Team Assistant Administration

Job Overview

Scheduling and coordination of internal and external appointments
Active participation in projects in internal processing
As a central contact for various administrative and organizational tasks to optimize daily office processes
Close cooperation with the specialist departments
The processing and distribution of daily incoming and outgoing mail
Planning trips and accounting for travel expenses incurred
The control of time recording and master data maintenance
The reorganization of filing
HR department support

Qualities we are Looking for

A completed commercial education and previous experience in the assistance field
Experience in the logistics industry is an advantage
A confident and assertive demeanor
Communication skills and a love for networking
Organizational skills, a structured way of working and perseverance
A hands-on mentality
