Team Leader Tailoring & Quality Management
Job Overview
- Control, optimization of processes and management of the sewing department
- Create capacity planning and statistics
- Coordinate, monitor and process orders on schedule
- Carry out and send monthly inventory
- Returned parts: label, measure (if necessary), compress
- Neutralize, deliver without neutralization (if possible), repair, clean, iron, fold, pack
- Order ingredients (thread, buttons, fabric, lace, sewing needle, chalk, oil, etc.)
- Draw samples for quality control
- Incoming goods inspection according to customer specifications, possibly taking pictures, downloading, editing, etc.
- Defective delivery: customer and supplier correspondence, send parts for inspection
Qualities we are Looking for
- Completed apprenticeship as a tailor
- Several years of professional experience as a men’s and women’s tailor and in quality management
- Experience as a team leader, desirable
- High degree of independence
- Safe handling of MS Office and the willingness to be trained in new systems
- Knowledge of English or any other foreign language would be an advantage
