Service Centre Workwear Employee (M/W/D)
Job Overview:
- Actively advising customers on the fitting of service garments in compliance with customer specifications
- Change management of uniform parts, i.e. setting out and checking the fit (mainly sleeve, trouser and waist size changes).
- Responsible for the commissioning of made-to-measure clothing articles
- Query and the checking of master data via EDP system and change if necessary
- Entering orders and change data in the EDP system
- Acceptance of complaints and exchange of service clothing articles
Qualities we are Looking for:
- Must have completed commercial training in textile retailing or as a garment tailor or textile/fashion seamstress
- Must have professional experience in a women’s wear or HAKA specialist shop or in alteration management
- Very good counselling and clothing skills
- Knowledge of English and good MS Office skills
- Professional and solution-oriented behaviour in direct customer contact
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Commitment, reliability and flexibility
