Employer of the Future Award

We are proud to announce that in September 2023, we were awarded the “Employer of the Future” seal. The German Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization (DIND) bestows this prestigious prize upon companies that demonstrate future orientation, quality as an employer, and a clear digitalization strategy.

Supported by former Federal Minister of Economic Affairs Brigitte Zypries, the initiative honours innovative companies that pursue sustainability goals and offer attractive working conditions. The focus lies on modern leadership, employee-friendly practices, such as flat hierarchies, flexible compensation models, employee benefits, and individual training opportunities. These factors contribute to a holistic assessment, created using a rating matrix developed with input from industry and academic experts.

Additionally, companies excelling in B2B business by showcasing traits such as availability, speed, and problem-solving expertise earn the “Top Service” award from the German Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization (DIND). DIND evaluates the use of digital tools to enhance customer experience, helping companies assess and communicate their service quality externally. By collaborating with experts from the business, academic, and political spheres, the DIND supports companies in their journey towards future readiness.
Conducting studies and reviewing vital aspects of sustainable transformation on behalf of partners, the institute aims to provide the economy with valuable insights.
